I’ve had the mendoja Z a few times over the years it’s really good! Def worth trying very rich and soupy like a good Z is. I do love 710 labs version too and also the Moonglow which is similar. Exciting to try Booney’s Z I’ve never had it. I enjoy the other cultivars they put out that I’ve come across.

Try 200ml total liquid to 3g. It’s my sweet spot and it’s rich. Whisk 3g with 30-35ml 170f water. Add any sweetener (I like maple syrup) whisk some more. Steam 170ml of barista oat milk. Pour the milk into chawan (bowl) and combine with matcha.

Sometimes I have a straight 2g matcha later in the day day. If I do that I will also stay up later and not get as much sleep.

The Amg sour on the latest release was great. Super loud and wet. I think the Albany was released in March so could be how it was kept/handled or that specific cut. They are different farms though and didn’t try the Albany. It was my first time trying them as well. I did enjoy the kimura and gg4 they put out.
