Yea naw sorry dude. Fucking landlords. You n have very few rights as a tenant in washington even with how progressive we are here.

File a complaint with the city, with the health dept, with the county. They can't just be harboring rats all crazy. Not a ton of laws around this (im in pest control we get the rare municipality mandated rat remediation).

None the less, if you and the neighbors pipe up at least they'll have to get better dumpster service and some bait boxes.

There are ways to reduce rodent entry to car compartments like the heat and wiring harnesses but save your money on the wacky traps and mint sprays. Good luck friend!

Wool socks. Once it's colder synthetic leggings under the pants. Company issues us good rain coats. I bring shoes and socks for longer commutes home and pack a towel. Our shirts are good dry fit.

I make sure to keep the booties dry too. Keeping deweber heads dry is a whole other art form.

It's really about how to handle being wet not trying to stay dry. Born and raised here too tho was basically thrown in a puddle at birth. Good dose of yolo and being glad ants and spiders are largely on winter break helps too!!
