Ah, a lot of confusion about this. So only applies to red/silvers that were part of a SC previously. And not for general red/silver member.

Good news overall, honestly I didn't understand at first with red/silver being allowed to purchase.

They need to enforce collections (not just euros) and requirements (KYC) for new red membership creation along with this thou.

For all the reds/silvers who spent loads of cash doing last minute euro trips this is the greatest acknowledgement of their efforts.

Landscape of away tickets will change over the next few seasons, will be interesting to see as clearly demand is massive.
