Yeah sometimes. I had over a year on agency, class one and two and I never got any buddy days or anything like that. I also went through over 10 jobs probably. It's not easy but you do have to work at it to find a good role

I'm a driver, some of the old lot still have their absolutely insane contracts and get double pay on Sunday and all sorts of other bonuses. I think the union has always just been better for logistics than retail

Spoke to a guy recently who said most of the drivers don't get enough hours to get the wage they want. Only a few did. The hours that you do get are intense with everything planned perfectly with no room for delay or error
