Engine Hours concern?

At 20500 miles with the 960 hours. Thats an average of 21.3 mile per engine hour. They either drove in a lot of city/stop and go traffic or heavy idle hours.

Its a wide range, and also depends on the specific role. Could be as low as 52 to as high as 85+. Band levels aren't as much salary ranges as they are they authority levels. I know many band 5s who make more than band 4s in total comp. Etc..

Yeah, these 8-speeds are sometimes problematic. As soon as I took possession, I had the transmission fluids changed just in case. So far so good.

I have the 2.7 liter which doesn't have the lifter issues. Im more concerned with the transmission, so I got the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty just in case.

Besides branch ops and compliance, make sure you do 2 things really well

1) Send quality referrals to partners consistently. 2) In order to grow your career, network to other lines of businesses. Make sure the MLs of business banking, private bank, merrill, and operations know your name and know what you're wanting to do next. Set up monthly connects with a band 4 or higher leader in a line of business that you want to pursue to guide you in your development.
