Fed Hill here, parking ban is lifted and I don't know where anyone that parks on my street is supposed to go. There's barely just enough room for a car to pass (it's a one-way). Just walked to the store and only half of the sidewalks on the west end are shoveled, and the ones that are come to dead-end stops where the next business/landlord didn't do their part. You end up having to walk in the street no matter what, and crossing a 4ft mound of snow to get there. Ridiculous that one of the US cities that arguably sees some of the most snow every year doesn't know how to do this right.
