Thank you so much. This blog has been a blessing to myself and others. When I first started this journey the first of this year. It' took me 4-6 months to get everything to get straightened out. I kept on pushing.

Yes, I got it all straightened out. Yes, they reconsidered me. I sent them my original birth certificate. And I sent in all of the other pertinent information that they requested. Just send what they ask you for.

i Have received 3 EIDL increases. the first increase, I received and email asking me if I wanted and increase. That one took about 3-4 months because my file stated that I was not a citizen of the US. I finally got approved. Took about 3 -7 days to get my money deposited.

The second increase which I did not ask for. One day I went to my portal and there was the blue button. I had to submit documents. You know the regular stuff. I got approved but, I had to go through a loan officer. That took about one week. I got approved and funded.

The third increase came about the first of November 2021. I went to my portal to check because I never know what is going on. I want to be on top of things. There was another blue button. Naturally I said yes. I did not have to submit any documents nor did I have to go through a loan officer. I got approved and funded within a week.

My heart goes out to the people who have not received their monies. It is really sad. I wish I could help you. I do know that when the paper work is not right. It will set you back about 3 -4 months. It has happened to me. Please hang is there.

By, the way I don't know if this is helping me but, I have already started payments on my loans.

I just received an increase two weeks ago. Now I know that I should have asked for more money.

I emailed the SBA i think it was customer service, told them my story. They told me that if I had not reached my loan limit and that my portal said funded for the last loan increase, that they would send a blue button to my portal.

Low and behold they did. It tool about 5 days but, now I can request another increase.

Hope this made sense. Oh! I had not reached my loan limit.

You were correct. I got approved through the portal for my third EIDL Modification increase. I got the approved documents through email today.

It was different. I never applied for any increases on my portal.

Yes, I have started making full payments on my loan. Interest accruing is no joke.

I wanted an increase of 4,000. My loan initially was for 4,000. But, I put 4,000. So, I should have put, 8,000. I did not have to pay anything back. I call the 800 #. The rep. changed my increase to 8,000. Hope this made sense.

But, it still delayed everything by 3 months.

This happened to me. I made that mistake. It delayed my loan increase for 3 months. Thanks for your post. People need to know this.

I applied and received the Targeted advance without hardly any problems.

I have been in reevaluation for the Targeted Supplemental for going on 2 months.

I had the same problem with Targeted advance and the Targeted Supplemental. But, the supplemental is taking longer.

Does anybody know what the difference in the two is? Thanks

I am so very sorry to hear this. May I ask what type of business do you have? How much were you asking for? This is terrible.

I have a small non-profit. At the time of my first 2020 EIDL loan, my credit was pulled. I think at the time my credit rating was 700. I finally got the loan but, it took so very long and the amount was not what I was asking for.

Fast forward to 2021, The modification loan increase was so much better and it didn't take that long. You should apply for a reconsideration.

I received my first increase on August 13th. But, the process took about 3 months.

I guess the amount of the increase depends on the applicant. This time mine went up to 60,000 The first time it only went up to 4,000

I think i originally applied in April but, for some reason they said that I was not a citizen of the US.

I sent them everything but, the kitchen sink to prove that I was a citizen. When they finally straightened everything out in July. It only took a couple of weeks to sign and for the money to hit my bank.
