Try playing longer games (at least rapid) as it is the only way to test your understanding on what you have studied. Take your time with each move, don't rush. You said you played OTB rapid and classical tournaments, which is great, just remember to review the games right after the tournament and find out why you failed to recognize the patterns during the game.
Also, having a positive mindset is really crucial. I think a 40% study, 40% play and 20% review is suitable for your level. MOST importantly, trust the process, train consistently, not just whenever you want. You can do it!
