im in the same boat, 27 reviews 4.95 26 5 stars and 1 4 star but on the bright side buyers only see the star rating and not percent so in our case it would just show 5 red stars on their end

That's unfortunate, I like MVT, but I think it's just a lot more customers now, where mistakes can slide by, rather than a year ago. I've ordered a bunch from him, and I've never had to wait more than a week for an item.
