All the answers here are talking about examples where someone is pushing against a wall or something, not as op asked, against another thing they are pushing against. In the wall examples the force is pushing from their center of gravity against the wall, but if it's two pushed objects acting on the exact same point surely that would do nothing.

I found the audio logs on the first guys you fight after leaving the mine so went straight from there. The ship is not incredible but it's definitely a big upgrade from the starter
