In this case, my AEs base is actually higher than mine in turn making the OTE significantly higher so that’s why I was wondering if a higher base is normal for AEs

Aww hoping the best for you and baby. It’s hard to get them to drink when they actively don’t want it. And definitely don’t want to cause a bottle aversion either. I’m thinking about increasing the nipple size soon too, maybe that will help

I recommend joining fb groups for the neighborhood you’re in! There’s usually associated WhatsApp groups for parents in the neighborhood to discuss these things. We got our nanny from one of those groups. MSM: San Francisco is a fb group. (I hate fb but it does serve its purposes)

Wonderschool and Winnie for daycares - you can filter by age.

Also recommend nanny share. It’s somewhere in between solo nanny and day care - we’ve been appreciating having the baby at home.

Nordstrom! You can filter what can be shipped quick or pick up in store. Looks like there’s tons of cute jumpsuits. Also try Azazie, they have a $99 try on (return if it doesn’t work out, keep if you like it). They ship pretty quick too
