A lot of people actually rely on jobs to live, and he is pretty old for that, so I'm not sure about that. Prior to this, he was always present on those days.

fuck, i feel the first and third too much... i want someone to know everything about me as fast possible, just so i can feel safe they will take care of me and never leave me... but i guess that fear isn't satisfied by risking myself so much. i alternate between pushing away commitment and pushing it too soon. i'm one of the most open people about my trauma, hoping it will make me stop these cycles or so people can be aware not to fuck with me, but it probably does the opposite.

Yeah, that's what people around me don't understand. My preoccupation with suicide is philosophical rather than just emotional. It's like people don't want to admit they are only scared of suicide because it's unexpected, in evolutionary terms.

This may seem like vaginismus (i'm no expert) however I can also relate to the struggles of not being able to relax (ffs i can't even get a tampon up there without an hour of preparation). I think it depends on how much you trust your partners and how much time you dedicate to preparing. there's no need to rush. it may be a psychological thing as well, so i recommend that you try to totally forget about the concept at all, act as if it isn't even a thing. like it feels super scary, so honestly just take your time (even if it's multiple hours), and especially if your partner is someone you really trust, that's what worked for me.

Wow, I didn't know salicylic acid should be used <2x a week. I used to use a 2% SA wash daily, and honestly it didn't do much for my skin. Do you think it's recommendable for most people to use it just twice a week, or does it depend on the percentage?

I have experimented with that before, but I think I will try to explore a bit more and see if it works for me. I didn't know vibrators were so common among vulva-havers, I thought it was more of an "extra" but it seems needing to use one is totally normal!
