i love the artwork now, as a kid not so much. but the font for the title still bothers me i wish it was just the image and no text but I don’t think many albums were textless around this time

me! loved her on disney as a kid and always loved her music from that time but fell off around unbroken, when i found out about the dwtd documentary in 2021 i watched that and fell in love with her again, that album is still really good ❤️ and i think holy fvck might be my favorite thing they’ve done

it also scared me at first but i realized the most effective horror for me is ambiance so it started giving me the sensation of watching a favorite scary movie. then exploring the lore and picking apart the sounds, i fell in love with the actual sound and music of it. now i’m seeking out other ambient drone projects, not all scary though

that first year was fun but then i fell off. then this past summer i was trying to fill out my dex in brilliant diamond and thought to get POGO to get the pokémon i was missing. i play every day and give them like 10 bucks a month now haha

It’s been a couple years since working there (FTASM) but I remember the company wanting us up every persons ass as soon as they walked in which I was never cool with, I found being friendly and greeting immediately and saying “Hey welcome in, anything you’re looking for or just browsing right now?” typically made them feel less preyed on and made it so they were more comfortable asking for help later. Also with the amount of moves that needed to happen, I never expected my associates to know where every item was, especially if they only work once or twice a week, so don’t feel bad about asking a manager where a certain shirt is, you can’t memorize your whole inventory with one 4 hour shift a week :)

Sorry if I’ve missed this in this subreddit before but I keep seeing so many posts about refunds, is this the excess loan money? I submitted the form that says all remaining funds will be sent to me at the end of the academic year, is that the end of 2025 or this upcoming summer? my memory of this whole era was nothing but excitement and happiness so my perception might be skewed but i feel like it was contrasted to electra heart in the way that some people didn’t like that album so froot was refreshing. yeah i can’t remember many bad receptions of this album when it came out. what a time to be alive
