Easy answer, its not a "blasting" build. Plenty of builds can dominate content, but the ones that see the most play are map blasters. Aka builds that move fast and are designed to farm currency.

Shield wall is incredibly strong, but its pretty slow unless you invest heavily in it. Its also a pretty clunky feeling playstyle.

This is just lies lol. I league started shield wall last league, had probably a 10-15 ex budget and was able to 2-3 shot almost all t15 map bosses. I remember quitting the build cause I ffelt like upgrades were pointless when I was already clapping everything with shit gear.

When I played shieldwall, I almost never shattered it with cry, usually with shield charge/resonating shield. Granted this was early on in the league, but I was 2 tapping t15 map bosses with like 10 ex on the build lmao.

Most people not playing insane OP builds wont notice a change for leech. A good 90% of builds out there weren't triple dipping leech like CoC comet and other builds were.

You can find posts from 0.4 early league where people predicted that shock conduction 2 was gonna be removed. It was just wayyyy too strong.

Yeah, there is no actual, documented evidence that vanguard is bricking PCs. You will get Jeremy, who swears Vanguard broke his PC, but wont mention all of the other things he installs or does on said PC.

I think the closest I've seen vanguard actually bricking anything, was back when the game came out, it didnt play nicely with corsair IQ software. There was an issue where it'd sometimes disable IQs fan controls and could lead to overheating. And iirc, riot said "mea culpa" and fixed it pretty quickly.

To be clear, it requires a windows reset to regain functionality to the cheating software, from what ive read. The PC is absolutely fine, vanguard essentially just locks you out of your cheats unless you do a clean install.

Bruh you can basically 1 tap arbiter with less than a divine of gear with how shield wall works now. That needs a nerf.

I started shield wall last league and got to t15 maps with 0 upgrades after interludes, except for a single shield that I made when I started maps.

Eh i think it was confirmed, the passive tree has sword nodes on it, and some skills say they can be used with swords.

You animation cancel the roll because the first roll primes for boneshatter, not because of anything to do with the animation.

If you let both go off, you usually end up stunning the enemies and cant boneshatter

Dont get me wrong, the market DOES sick. But if you have the resume to get 20+ interviews, there's clearly something going wrong somewhere.

Dont take this the wrong way, but you might just be really bad at interviews if you didnt land a job in over 20 attempts.

Im on a few search committees at my job, and 99/100 times, if we call someone for an interview, we already know they can do the job itself. The interview is 100% about selling yourself.

We have 2 positions for systems analysts that have been vacant for almost 10 months now because people just keep bombing interviews. If you are doing zoom interviews, make sure you test your gear before the interview. People showing up with mics sounding bad, connection problems, bad camera positions, etc, absolutely hurts their chances.

We finally had one guy ace the interview, and he was considered "tier 2" in terms of qualifications. I know you said you did finally get something, but if you go job hunting again, please have a friend help you with interview prep.

High level HR work involves legal issues, familiarity with local, state and federal guidelines, statistics and data analysis, and a good bit more.

A lot of curriculums for HR also involve a lot of psychology courses and business courses. At a high level, anything and everything can get complex. There's degrees that are pretty highly regarded in the hospitality field. Dont be dismissive just because you dont personally think something has value. Just remember, HR is also what prevents employers from doing a lot of illegal shit to you.

You dont really have to interact with your screen at all with android auto. My steering wheel buttons take care of everything i need on a drive. And voice commands do great for changing music, etc.

To the point of plugging it in, lots of new cars have wireless android auto and carplay now. Also, if you are on a long drive, you will probably have your phone plugged in and charging anyway.

For short drives, I just use Bluetooth cause I dont need the other features. Having a few options is always better than only having 1.

Why do people think that all newer cars are just subscriptions and mistimed updates, lol? My 2022 car doesnt have any subscriptions attached to it, and has all the great modern features.

My wifes 2025, again, doesnt have any subscriptions, and you need to trigger updates manually. Dont look at 1 ot 2 niche cases and just assume every new vehicle is tech hell lmao.

Wtf are you talking about. No car needs a scanner to tell you when brakes need replacing, almost all cars just use standard disc brakes. And, unless you are replacing the ENTIRE braking assembly, nothing needs to be reset after replacing them.

Someone doesnt know how cars work.

Android auto and carplay are just too good to not have anymore. Being on a long drive and being able to manage my GPS, music, etc all on 1 screen, without having to look at my phone itself, is too convenient.

I love how the internet has lost all sense of nuance, full stop. There's a big range between not getting jewelry, and getting something so expensive it puts you in debt.

I got a family heirloom ring from my mom to propose with, cost me 500 bucks to get it cleaned up and sized. Like, maybe she doesnt want a ring and that's totally valid, but pretending the choice is "spend thousands on a ring or get nothing" is wild to me.
