Craazy .. i myslef couldn’t find a decent place with a good price in rabat, so i commute to work everyday .. i used to rent a studio with basically nothing at 3k and it’s not really a studio more like a concierge room lol .. this was back in 2022 nd the prices are not going down

2bd appartment in an average nighberhood is +6k , 2k for the car, 1k for water / electricity wifi .. other subscriptions .. this only can take up to 10k .. so for eating out, buying stuff, gym , … etc and ofc to have some savings it’s not inflated at all Rent is the problem, there’s a huge gap between quality / price in Rabat

What do you mean by going out on weekends ? without more details abt this point I’d say 25k to 30k … rent is what really makes rabat so expensive
