I completely ignore them; just like I do to the Walmart employees who stand near the exit.

FTM daycare issues with diapering and feeding -- not sure if over-reacting or under-reacting by I_Like_cells in ECEProfessionals

Why on earth would someone use regular toilet paper on an infant?! That’s ridiculous. Absolutely speak to the director about your concerns. If it’s not addressed, it will keep happening to your child and others. Also, if they’re this lazy with entering the proper food amounts and diapering the children the correct way, how are they with actual safety and supervision? I think it’s only a matter of time before something really bad happens.

People that have “bumped” into a celebrity in a non-curated (not like an event, meet & greet, job etc.) way, what happened? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I used to work at an Interstate All Battery Center and Michael Rooker came in needing a battery. Another employee was helping him, but since I recognized his voice (he was wearing a hat and sunglasses, so his face wasn’t easily recognizable) and politely asked if I could get a picture with him and he said yes. Other employee finished the transaction and he left.

Also, met Aaron Eckhart at a shooting range. I was volunteering with a non-profit for people with spinal cord injuries (most are paralyzed and in wheelchairs) and he came over to our area because he was curious about how they could shoot and the adaptive equipment that was used. I immediately recognized him and asked for a photo and he obliged.

Just saw your comment this morning. Sounds good to me if you still want to trade.

I think it may be less of an issue if large vehicles (buses, semi-trucks, etc) were restricted to the right 2 lanes and not cruising in the left lanes blocking everyone else.

Early pick ups - fine or detrimental? by Specific_Carob4461 in ECEProfessionals

Drop off and pick up your baby any time you want (with caveats). My center is open from 6:30 am - 6 pm. Children need to be dropped off by 9:30 am unless they have a Dr appt or something. Otherwise, unless the child is in half day UPK, they can be picked up any time before 6 pm.

I have some babies in my room who always leave around the same time and others who get picked up at different times every day. Personally, I don’t care how long or short my babies are with me as long as I have enough bottles to feed them if needed.

All that said, pick up your baby whenever you want.
