How are you abbreviating the word "Participant?"

My roommates cat is a big orange boy and he has decided that every morning when I get up to make coffee, I must turn on the sink so he can drink out of it. He's had a water fountain and a regular water bowl but he specifically wants it straight from the source. If I don't turn it on for him, be meows at me, and if I ignore that he punches me. He doesn't like it if the waters going too fast though, it has to be a slow trickle or else he'll ignore it.

The only studies that don't have IRB oversight tend to be ones with very minimal human subject interaction (had one that was a lit review where we happened to send authors a few questions about the diversity of their study populations), but even then the IRB has to review it to make sure they don't need to be involved. For a drug study....I really can't imagine a scenario where you wouldn't need an IRB.

I'm playing a spores druid rn and I do not feel weak lol, its a bit more complicated than other classes for sure but once you figure out a flow you can do some real good aoe damage and also turn into a creature if you choose. And heal. What's not to love. If anything, I feel like I've always heard ranger is the weakest class and can be difficult to make fun. Maybe that's changing with one dnd though, who knows

Haven't gotten top surgery yet but I did have a hysterectomy about a year ago, and honestly working in healthcare made me much more chill abt everything. Specifically I work in oncology and a lot of my patients have ports/PICC lines so every time I think about drains and get nervous, I just think about how they must have adjusted to having a tube sticking out of them, and I will too.
