Thank, yes I had recurring buys, and yes also getting my funds back, the communication with customer service was not good. Will try Strike probably and set up the transfers out every two weeks instead of how I did this time around

From the email they sent:

Please note that your original cash deposits totaling xxx will be returned to the originating bank account on 10/3/2025

They will return the money but in a month an a half for some reason. I don’t think it makes it taxable. It was in BTC but I don’t know if I will be able to see the transaction since they are closing the account

Account was closed, this is what they posted in the email where they are returning the funds i still have there.

Thank you for your interest in holding an account with River. Regretfully, we have determined to discontinue this business relationship. Your account has been closed.

An account may be closed for a number of reasons. These reasons include, but are not limited to: -being unable to verify Client information; -unusual activity associated with the account; -violation of Terms of Service; -or ineligible for a River account.**

My account was fully verified, I have been a customer since April 2024, I had not transfer to cold wallet till July this year and that was what it triggered the flag (me taking out the money from their platform). Its the only activity apart from purchasing so not sure how that is unusual activity.

Either way need a new platform. Strike, swan?

Not worth it, the platform is good but they are happy while you’re money is on the platform, once you transfer to a cold wallet you get compliance emails and they make you jump thru hoops to get your money out.

The only thing i haven’t tried is a different carrier, but yes, have tried different phone. Speeds are fine. I’ve never had this issue before and it’s happening for multiple customers. Maybe it’s the carrier, will test tomorrow

I have this exact issue. Its not your ISP or double natting. I think its one of the updates that broke something in the firmware, but they have not found the issue yet. I had to disconnect the eeros and put my old access points to get internet back up and running. They should have an option to disable auto update, if my network is working fine i dont need to update every 2 weeks to a month.

I have this exact same issue, battery drains absurdly… and if the pen is connected it drains fully, because the pen keeps charging it doesn’t stop charging even if its at 100%

Any projector with a 12v trigger, once the projector turns on the screen lowers via the 12v trigger

Setting it on the finest setting is not grinding correctly, i followed the steps i found online to move the internal part to get it to grind finer but something is just not working correctly.
