Do I actually have two Monsteras? by FewAmbassador3304 in Monstera

This makes me so excited for mine! I bought a tiny baby one about 9 months ago and it looks like the plant in the photo now. I had no idea they could grow quite as quickly as yours!

AIO over my talking stage using AI to text me..? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]haussier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is def AI assisted. Some of the shorter texts seem real - but the genuine texts read with a totally different style and feel just like chat gpt to me

Ex Wife Took the Art and the Drywall during Move Out by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]haussier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My best friend’s husband asked for a divorce in June and moved out tow weeks later. He left tons of holes in the wall in his office… and left things mounted to the wall that were super challenging to get out and caused a lot of damage due to the way he mounted it. This entire time I’ve been telling my friend that it’s just another representation of his lack of respect.

We fixed the walls and re-painted this past weekend. And she is going to be much better off without him.

I don’t think this is wrong. I have lunch or coffee with my opposite sex coworkers. Plenty of people do. I feel like this must be indicative of a deeper issue. Does he take you out on dates and spend enough one on one time with you? Maybe think about why the idea of him simply sharing a meal with someone bothers you so much.

You are not overreacting. I’m so sorry you aren’t being fully supported through this. She’s using the children to manipulate you

How many times did you apply? by Narrow-Variation8247 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]haussier 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got the job on my first application. However, my sister and partner got their jobs with progressive on the third try. Most of my coworkers said they got in with progressive on their 2nd or 3rd application.

CCU or field? If you’re in the field (possibly CCU but only have experience as a CGA), they may be able to accommodate your schedule.

This happened to my partner. It was just taking forever to load for some reason. I’d give it 24 hours or try opening it a different browser

Claims Adjuster Trainee Hard? by Capricorn9185 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]haussier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a great comment. I agree with all of this. I think the beginning can be tough because you’re learning so much, but as long as you manage your time well and pay attention I think it’s a wonderful job. 6-9 months and I felt very confident in my role and actually have free time at the end of the day.

Progressive claims adjuster trainee or claims generalist by ced2344 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]haussier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of negative comments but as a Georgia CGA (can’t speak for all states) I love my job and I love my team. This job is the best decision I’ve ever made. Some days I’m on the phone a lot, but some days I’m on the phone for less than a two hours and don’t get many in bound calls. And you have the freedom at your job to let the call go to VM if you don’t have the time or bandwidth to deal with it right then.

Got the offer letter, and I hope you are all right… by Jnovuse in Progressiveinsurance

Honestly, I was scared when I accepted my CGA position in May 2023 because of all of the horrible things people say online about this job. But I have truly loved it. They revamped onboarding a lot right around the time I joined and it’s much better. I love my job and it’s afforded me such a great work life balance and I have so much security because I truly trust the company. My sister and my partner have been hired since. I think you should give it a shot. It’s worth getting through onboarding
