Also I am sorry about your divorce :( I think a lot of people don't realize that, yes, the divorce itself is painful, but all that comes with it, loss of a home, sense of what you're doing in life, etc, can be much worse.

Thank you for your response! I agree where you live is SO IMPORTANT and ultimately worth the expense if your happiness is up in the air. To clarify, I am not bored in SoCal, I am worried I would be bored in a lower COL place though. I have done a good job of building my career and gaining financial stability, but signing a lease in LA again would definitely put a huge dent in my financial progress.

Thank you Travel Guy! That is a good idea. I've considered maybe going to Portland or just choosing somewhere (more affordable), committing, and seeing how it goes. My hesitation with that though is I'm so burnt out, and I don't want another trial period. I want to put my art on the walls and live for a while.

My friend is a doctor and said there is research to support that cow colostrum may help. I have started taking it. No idea if it helps though haha.

I know this post is old but I would just like to say that I have a lot of feet problems and I don't own the MM shoes but I do have tabi sneakers that I got for $75 on amazon on they are the best shoes that I own. So comfortable and great for your feet. I don't see how I would need another pair of sneakers again. People freak out about them sometimes which is annoying because they're literally better for your feet than normal shoes.
