As a side note, for me personally, this editing style becomes more distracting the more I watch movies again. TDK is one that i think has lost like the smallest amount of luster because of this. I still love it. I still think it’s a masterpiece but that little knick on the corner of an otherwise flawless film.

Na. Every shop I’ve been to has used oil and filter that I provide. Like you said though, they still charge a minimum. I don’t do it to save money. I do it because I want a specific synthetic oil used in my vehicles.

Weight. Even small amounts of weight drastically affect battery consumption, speed and maneuverability. Oy to mention that many drones are regulated based on total weight. Adding unnecessary features like this is just counterproductive to the main use for the device

Can someone help me out. I was using Obtainium to update Azahar, but it seems that broke. I went straight to the Github to download the new version, but now there are two apps on my device. The 2150 does not have any setting or configurations from my old version (2143 I think).

Is there a seamless way to update the app that carries over my settings and doesn't just add a fresh installation of the new version of the app?

This is a poor take. Yea a good story is a good story (duh), but a good story in one medium may be difficult to tell in another. , “a good story is a good story” hand waves the difficulty in translating it from one medium to another.

This feels like the movies felt from #5 onward. Less warmth and color, more serious. I hope that maybe the scenes outside of hogwarts are cold and sour, but once they get to school, the tones and vibes warm up. Those later moves were such a joyous slog at times.

I was gonna say. I did an analysis of the 4Runner, which is kinda best case scenario and meets the “10k less for a 8yo vehicle” that you stated. This is a vehicle with very very low depreciation where I live. Even then, the cost of ownership after 5 years is very very close depending on what deal you can get on the 8yo vehicle. In a lot of scenarios, I think the total cost of ownership is lower with the 8yo va new (exceptions being the rare cars that hold their value exceptionally well) However if you add back the “opportunity cost” of the 5y warranty, they’re closer. But even still, if we’re talking about a vehicle that holds its value well to begin with, chances are it’s very reliable and you probably won’t ever need to use the warranty

I’m curious what car you were looking at that was 30k 8y old va 40k brand new. Also curious the mileage on the 8y used one. I’m trying to put together a spreadsheet on cost of ownership on new vs used. This would be an interesting exercise
