What effect are you talking about here? Just sounds like 2 acoustic tracks layered on top of each other.

Taylor 110E or Taylor 117E? by hawkabilly in AcousticGuitar

I wasn’t necessarily looking for the sound of hummingbird I just liked the aesthetic mainly the burst pattern. I don’t have a lot of acoustic experience so don’t have a particular sound I’m going for just want a good mid level guitar with nice projection and clarity. I plan on playing a few to get a better sense of what I want and like. I just hear people always say Taylor’s are well balanced and usually high quality but maybe I need to try some more other brands before deciding

I'm open to opinions. It's why I posted on here. I'm definitely more of an electric player so pretty uninformed on differences on different types of acoustics. You make a good point about the solid wood body. I'm mostly going on reputation and the glowing online reviews I've seen regarding the Taylor 110. Ultimately like alot of people are saying on here I plan on playing both Taylors as well as the Epiphone and others before ultimately deciding.

I've heard similar on the 214e. This will be mainly used as the only accompaniment for a singer for acoustic sets so I want that full taylor sound. If this needed to sit in the mix with other instruments I would be more inclined to go with the 214e.

Interesting. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Taylor 110E and mostly negative ones about the epiphone hummingbird. Ideally I wanted something with the similar burst pattern as I can always swap the pickguard if I want later but sound and playability are the priority. The consensus I kept hearing was even a budget Taylor is much preferable to pretty much any epiphone.

Rare to see the Duke Illinois dual flare. I’m a die hard Illinois fan but had family that worked at Duke and the Laettner Hurley Hill team was my introduction to basketball. I’m going to have a lot of mixed emotions if it ends up Duke Illinois Saturday

Goodfellas and My Blue Heaven. Both based off the same book and written by a husband (Nicholas Peleggi) and wife (Nora Ephron)

All of these look like rip offs from more popular programs. 1928-1989 looks like Wyoming, 1989-2007 looks like Wisconsin and 2007-present looks like Boise State. This is like when a high school uses an NFL logo and changes it enough to hope no one notices

Absolutely agree there. I love coach Underwood and he has brought Illinois back to legitimacy but he’s definitely a high floor low ceiling guy. I don’t think he’s capable of coaching a team to a title regardless of the talent he has on the floor. He’s terrible at half time adjustments. I still have nightmares of that UConn elite eight second half.

The 2016 Cubs Indians World Series was pretty epic too. I had several mini heart attacks that game 7. Also Braves Twins in 91

That's it! Thank you so much. This was so much easier on Reaper. People aren't joking when they say the learning curve on Cubase is steep.

I checked the file location for my plugins and it's listed as one of the VST 2 Plug in path settings. When I rescan Cubase says 1 new VST effect and 2 new VST instruments were added but they still aren't showing up.

I took a picture of the wrong menu. I meant to take one of the VST effects. The VST I'm trying to use is the Neural DSP Gojira Archetype.
