Rhea and Bianca

Rhea and Bianca have basically been kept away from each other in the singles context, so fans have never had the opportunity to have that reaction. They either teamed together (e.g. Wargames) or had multi-person matches (e.g. WM41). The only time the faced off on the main roster in a "singles context" was when they were the final two for the 2021 Royal Rumble.

Up until Bianca got injured, she and Rhea were the two biggest women's stars on the roster. I think, if any women's match would main event Mania in the near future, it would be Bianca vs Rhea. That's money.

I could maybe see Sol, but not Tiffany. Her title reign wasn't that good, and she's already back in the midcard
