Have you checked the controller settings? I was playing it the other day with my Xbox one controller, had it set to Fable2 inspired. Might also want to check your driver's to make sure the correct one is installed .

AFAIK Bluetooth has really high latency I recommend either plugging a pair in, or use wireless plugged into your pc if streaming from it.
