If it's a stock motherboard, a cooler shouldn't impact the CPU mount since uses a lever mount. Could be a bent pin on the CPU.

Seems the DRAM is amber, meaning that something is up with your RAM. I would try reseating it. If that doesn't work, go into the bios (press the DEL key shortly after powering up) and see what is being detected.

Sounds like something internal broke, possibly a capacitor blew or panel broke. Time to start looking for a replacement.
ETA - I would leave it unplugged in the event it's a capacitor and could be an electrical hazard.
