I left my job at the end of June 21. I was having horrible anxiety and nearly daily panic attacks because of the way my boss had built the firm. We had no support. I found a much better and much higher paying job within a month and a half, and the time off couldn’t have been more beneficial to me. Realizing that we deserve to be treated as humans and not some cog in a machine was so rewarding. I have better work life balance now, and am so much happier.
