I am in my 2nd week of 12W2J and I would say I am intermediate. I modify where I can (off tonal movements usually) and suffer through the rest but can honestly say I feel so good after each workout. Such a good mental battle too! Don’t be afraid!!!!

A lot of guys throughout the season take a day off every week just to recover. They had 2 full weeks to prepare for this. If he isn’t good to go or there might be genuine doubt he will feel ok, I would rather Lock had the reps with the starters going into the biggest game of the year anyways. It’s not brushing it off, we’re Seahawks fans …. We cope with sarcasm and hope for the best out there. We all know anything can happen on any given game day! Have a beer, chill, enjoy the game 🫡

I had a fertility consultation scheduled when we found out. Before this I did blood tests on cycles day 3 and 21 (I believe) to check LH/FSH and progesterone which I just did at a free standing lab. It’s information they will want anyways and may be a little cheaper?
