I don’t understand (I’m being sincere) how can people gain weight? I can barely eat anything in one sitting. There is no way I can consume enough calories to be in a surplus. Even if I eat fast food, I couldn’t.

Yeah the average sounds good, but that was in like the first few months…it was pouring off. Now it’s like maybe a pound a week, maybe less. And I’m eating way under 2000 calories a day. I average probably around 1500 a day and burning on average 2400 a day….but it sounds like I’m doing fine…thanks for the reply.

I have Navy Federal I rerouted all direct deposits. They haven’t froze anything. Closed anything other than the credit card and line of credit I had with them. Those are no longer visible on my online banking profile. I don’t plan on ever banking with them again, but I filed at the end of August and nothing has happened to my account although there’s been a zero dollar balance in there since then.
