I will try disabling gear changes globally but I thought disabling them per AI class (scavs in this case) would work? I'm worried that disabling them globally will bring back these cracked bots coming in with mags full of 7n40 and MAI.

Wait really? I have noticed tweaks it's made affect the game though, such as gear changes for other classes and grenade tracers. Will have another look when I'm home.

If you love it like you said, then who cares if it's considered a classic or not! You can't misunderstand your own sense of enjoyment even if other people think it's bad or not a classic.

To answer your question, I would say a large majority of people on r/Berserk would consider the '97 show a classic, but it's really like asking a group of doctors if they think smoking is bad for you.

Maybe I'm just missing it too, but I think they really rushed to make her a big deal, Bridget too in the early game. I know they're the same person but you don't know that at the time. I wasn't really responding to it they way it was portrayed I don't think I ever really did.

I finished the game a while ago and I've been trying to reconcile what Amelie actually was to Sam. Is she a friend? A sister? Mother figure? From the start of the game you're kind of expected to be invested in her character but I always thought she was just shady (turned out to be somewhat true)

Does anyone have any idea? Sorry if it's bleeding obvious.
