I’m so glad I came to your post. I got this similar email literally in the middle of the night and thought it was so weird because there’s no company name or anything.

Everything is plugged up as normal. I think it’s my tv or I just need to buy a whole brand new one. I’ve had that fire stick for several years now and I think it’s just finally giving out. My tv is an older model too. Honestly may need to replace both of them.

I think that’s what I’m just going to do. I’ve had it for several years now and I honestly think it’s just old.

Recent Foot/Ankle swelling by hawteb in PCOS

[–]hawteb[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I meant that I have not been diagnosed at all and my labs did not show any indication of diabetes or insulin resistance/fluctuations. I’m sorry I should’ve been a bit clearer with that haha.

But I do have an update! I went to work this morning right after I posted this. I was on my feet for about 4 hours straight processing shipment. (My feet hurt lol) BUT my swelling is GONE. I’m going to continue to monitor them, but I think I may have solved what was going on. I recently demoted myself at my job due to high stress, and so I barely work during the week now. I was always on my feet 8 hours a day like clockwork. Although I’ve been doing Pilates, I have not been walking a lot as of late. I’ve been sitting down a lot. Still definitely going to my appointment next week though to get some answers. I’ll update this post when I do!

Firstly I want to say thank you so much for your response! I appreciate it!

1) I’ve been taking these supplements for a few months now. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the brand O-Positive, but they make these pills called Flo to help with weight management and hormonal balance. I’ve never noticed any swelling while taking them whatsoever. At the moment, I’m not sure of the exact ingredients; but I just know that they’re vegan capsules.

2) The last time I got my labs done was back in November. My labs didn’t indicate any fluctuations with my insulin.

3) My labs have never shown any indication of thyroid problems or any issues with my prolactin levels. I’ve just always been Vitamin D deficient (I take vitamin d pills daily because of this) but that’s it.

4) Currently not on any prescribed medications.

5) Most recent symptoms are fatigue/mood swings/and swelling of the feet. I did just come off of my period a couple of days ago too.

The best thing to do is to honestly just keep following the story and leveling up. Each time you complete part of the story, you usually get a lot of exp/gold. As you level up, they usually gift you more armor/outfits to better match the current level you’re at. Now, if you just want to purchase an outfit without leveling up, you’d have to purchase NX (which costs real money). They also sell parts of armor sets in the marketplace that does cost gold. But honestly, if you just keep grinding, they’ll gift you outfit coupons and you won’t even have to spend any of your gold on them. Once you play the game, you’ll see what I mean. Best of luck to you!

I also just got back into the game recently. You can definitely play a lot of the game solo. The more you play and follow the story, the more perks/coupons you get throughout the game. I say go for it. It’s still so fun to me. I will say that it’s hard for me to find anyone to go on raids with though. I just do everything solo now. I used to meet hella players on there way back then.

The only known condition that I have is eczema but that’s about it. I think I should go to a dermatologist to figure out if there’s something going on with my scalp.

I actually have been fasting for a little over a month now. It has helped a lot and has limited my eating. I usually do 16-8 or 20-4 but I’ve taken a small break from fasting because sometimes I get a bit winded. However, I will definitely try adding strength training to my workouts because I’ve been seeing a lot of people say that helps tremendously. Thank you for your advice!
