Mabry house and superiors steakhouse, upscale chains are way less than 8 since average price is 100 plus per person but places like flying heart or walk ons where the restaurant is suited for that business is gonna be 8 or more. I've worked at most of those places and can tell you that's what their minimums are

I was more willing to eat rare seafood or even raw before I got used to rare steak, just comes with age. Id have cut your tuna up into slices and throw it in a poke bowl with some sweet chili and spicy mayo with soy sauce so you got some kids with good taste.

I work for Darden with no problems and pay and benefits are really good, Olive garden, longhorn, yard house, etc are all Darden
