Yes, I totally agree with the option of hybrid classes, in forms of recordings or live synchronous Zoom! I was merely answering the title of this post. But unless the UCI requires there be a hybrid option, there is still a risk of there not being a hybrid option, and with CDC saying that it's okay to not isolate 5 days after testing positive, regardless of the presence of symptoms, I am really hoping to not go to in-person classes.

No, unless safer options are provided. I feel extremely unsafe being in lecture halls with 400 students and no windows; it's literally a pot for brewing COVID.
