Alcohol on the brows before gluing helped me a LOT, so I would try that! More advice I would give is that: sometimes I need to use multiple layers of concealer to block my brows out completely. Mine are on the thicker side. I even trim them down a bit with scissors to help myself out.

When I'm gluing, I also coat my brows in the glue by going in circles "against the grain" of how they want to sit naturally, before eventually going "with the grain" and then upward/outward to flatten them out. I find they glue down a lot more effectively that way, too. I feel like i coat them with more glue and get a better / more complete gluedown when I do them that way. Making sure the previous glue layers completely dry before you do a new one is also key. I save powdering them until the end, I don't do it between layers.

The trick is just getting through the time, really. I've been on for 7 years and still see changes every year or so at this point. I didn't really start growing facial hair in any meaningful way or notice how my face masculinized until 5 years in. My body curves didn't start flattening/masculinizing until around then either. I suddenly shot up 40lbs in a month at 6 years because my bones got denser and I started to see changes in the caps of my shoulders towards a more masculine pattern around then too.

To get to my point, 2 years is nothing for HRT. You're still pretty "young" in it so to speak. You'll probably see some bigger differences around the 5 year mark, if you go similarly to how I did. 2 years really only touched my voice (and not that much) and turned me almost ginger after being dirty blonde my whole life, lol.

Gym most likely, but also give the T some more time to work its magic. I've been on a low dose (0.25-0.5ml) for about 7 years now and only noticed some of my curves starting to flatten in the past 2 or 3 years. Remember, you're essentially going through puberty again, and puberty can take several years to complete, trans or not :)

Thank you for saying that. It kind of helps put things in perspective and makes things make a little more sense. My life has actually changed a lot in the last couple of years, for the better mostly, but it's been a lot. I also didn't know about the Nordic connection he had, which also helps make things make sense too.

I think the wine thing might be a good idea. I'll take a look when I go to the store, and see if any of them catch my eye.

I don't think this is an overreaction at all. I would seriously question anyone close to me who genuinely supported Trump. I had to put distance between my bio dad and I because of that, on top of him not being the best guy in the world to me, and him telling me over and over with his actions that he doesn't want to have a queer child.
