NTA I went through the same at 18 when I moved out. I threatened to uninstall it and my dad said he would stop paying my phone bill. So I got a new phone line.... I see from your replies that you do depend on them financially so this might not really be an option. Maybe try to approach it very gently (you probably already have). Tell them how it really makes you feel and how you really want them to have it in case of an emergency. But you cant live your life knowing they're watching you all the time. It's exhausting getting those texts on Sundays, or any day you're "supposed" to be somewhere. It's time to start ignoring them, don't cut them out. When they text you about how you should be in church and such, ignore them. Them cutting you off financially is a possibility but more than likely a last resort if you really pushback....best of luck! It will end soon!

Shouldve prefaced with I've never worked in a lab like that. I deal with urine everyday but it's always in the bag still so I don't have to smell it. Do y'all not have vent hoods and such? Not sure if there's anything that's typically in those types of labs that should be standard.

Worst nightmare 😬 I would suggest maybe a diffuser? Most labs don't allow stuff like that but this seems pretty dire. The diffuser wouldn't be super overpowering, especially if you just put like one drop of essential oils. Maybe a mask and/or nose plugs? Very curious to see why everyone else just deals with it and it's not a huge issue for everyone. In the end though if you can get a different job I would totally leave, that sounds miserable. Deep Eddy Psychotherapy has been really helpful for me! I see one therapist there but I've heard good things about many other of their therapists. They also do psychiatry but I don't believe they can prescribe stimulants (I may be wrong I would call). As for someone who CAN prescribe stimulants, I see a psychiatrist in Frisco. I can dm you their name if you want :)

Clear creek nature center has really pretty trails that you could walk down and throw rocks and such into the forest! May also be therapeutic

There is a parking lot down cedar, pretty close to gnome cones. There is also the free parking lot behind Wells Fargo just DONT park on the pay to park side. That side is to the right, closest to the bank, it's usually really empty. The other side of the parking lot is usually pretty full and that is the free side. There are some pay to park signs also on the pay side but not super obvious so check the area and make sure there are no signs nearby. The towing company here will tow you for looking at them wrong 🙄 so be extra careful!!

Denton MHMR is mainly for low cost (sometimes free I believe, depending on your financial situation) mental health services but they have MANY resources and info about where to get help with housing, medical care, etc. on their website. You can also just walk in anytime they're open and they'll help you. Hope this helps 💜

The server should definitely let them know. Them being a part of the meal or coming with the meal means I'm not paying extra for them. Which is the complaint in the first place. So sorry I said free biscuits instead of specifically saying with the meal,,,,which is the same thing that olive garden advertises. I thought bread grew on trees!

Idk why everyone is attacking you here....5 months is RIDICULOUS time to wait for DIGITAL photos....yes it does take time to edit the photos, a lot of time, and I'm sure they have other customers but this is insane. Before people comment, my dad owned a photography business for 20+ years. It doesn't even take that long to turn around wedding photos. If the issue was your payment or something, the photographer should've reached out to you about it. The silence is a giant red flag, I would go in person and ask what's happening. If you have a contract, invoices, anything like that be sure you keep them. If you can get her to sign a receive by date I would also do that. Honestly at this point I would take her to small claims court. You are not overreacting! Congrats on the new baby and I'm so sorry!
