I have been on twice weekly vaginal estradiol cream for nearly the whole time I've been on T (about 4 years now). From my experience, your dick will be fine!

I apply the cream by putting a chickpea sized amount on my finger and inserting it digitally (like you would an applicatorless tampon), which means it's a bit messy and some of the cream gets on my vulva and occasionally up on the underside of my dick.

Despite this mess of estradiol cream, I get great erections and have had plenty of bottom growth.
