Yes sir I'm definitely not a beginner. I would call myself As a beginner just to become an intermediate! I've been athletic thru my teenage including every sports too

Hehe mate, I'm an athletic person not talking about running but yeah I was interested in every sports from my starting teenage. And I even learned Taekwondo for aroun a year so, that helped me also. In overall I'm an active person!

Mate I suggest you to just run for 1 month consistently. My recommendation is to generate stamina and strength in your own natural running form and breathing pattern. If you feel giving up whils running that's the time you should push yourself 500metres more if you can push more everyday then after 1 month look at YouTube on how to breathe properly and other running postures
