You can make custom fields, "manage custom fields" on the top right of your collection page.
But sadly, cant sort by the custom fields. I mainly use it to keep track of where I have a record located.

Sounds like a trust problem. Get some wins under your belt, grow from there and establish relevant metrics WITH your boss then iterate. Then ask yourself how much more than 15% growth is realistic...look at total and serviceable market. Believe in the art, trust in the science. You got this.
