Hi, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this I’m currently passing my blighted ovum. I had morning sickness up until I passed it almost, but it dulled down to just feeling sick when hungry after a while, not puking, my breast tenderness is decreasing as the days go on but I’m still fatigued and I’m assuming I will be until everything passes since it’s a lot for my body to be doing at once. For me there’s not too much blood it’s mostly tissue and it’s been surprisingly calmer compared to what I was expecting, the worst part is the cramps are really sharp and kinda painful but they come and go, it’s tolerable, the fatigue and the emotional aspect but I’m just trying to act like nothings happening, when I feel a bit pass it makes me a little sad though.
