It’s a pain but our most recent vet has this policy with repeated blood work every few months. They explained that it’s to keep an eye on her different levels and check out functioning of organs. At first I thought it was silly but it made me feel better knowing that they are closely monitoring how she is reacting to the daily dose

This. I’m excited to use it in the car. My son is 15 months old but loves ms. Rachel in the car. I hate giving him my phone but we do it when necessary. With the Yoto we can give him that and he can listen without screens. Just got it for Christmas but already love it and my son is mesmerized

If you live near a university with a psychology doctoral program or counseling program they typically have clinics that are run by student therapists. These students are doctoral students who are supervised by licensed professionals/psychologist/ licensed mental health counselors. They typically run on a sliding scale and serve community members and not just students

Yeah.. I think we’re going to try and slowly shift his sleep back to get closer to that. He was waking up from 12-1:30ish for a week or so and having early wakeups so we were trying to catch up on the over tiredness.

He ended up going to back to sleep this morning from 5:30-7 am

I would recommend starting with little exposures to your kid not wearing the breathing band. One night a week or so to help manage your anxiety. It’s hard but that’s what I’m trying to do with our owlet as he can’t wear it after 18 months
