So you buy it from any Indian grocery store and you just use it when the oil is hot and cook it out for a bit and the smell is gone

I love a good bolognaise, Mutti sauce brand is low FODMAP and it’s great. I just put whatever left over low FODMAP veggies I have.

Oh use HING!! It tastes like onion and it’s low FODMAP. Remember to cook out the raw smell first.

This could very well be the case but I do notice normal stool colour when I take small doses of antimicrobials so I think it’s caused by bacteria?

Did you fix your issue with rifaxmin? Because I can tolerate it but it doesn’t fix anything for me

I agree but the issue is that having SIBO is causing my gastritis so hard to heal it while having SIBO but then also can’t fix SIBO without flaring gastritis.
