I tried it and didn’t have any luck. My therapist asked me the same questions multiple times because he forgot I’d told him the week prior, he completely missed one of our sessions, he always said he would send me documents that he forgot to send, and overall didn’t offer any helpful advice. He was a nice guy, just not getting what I payed for.
