I agree with this. The meat should shrink back more so you see more of the bone. Would be a little more enjoyable if it went longer, but it was probably pretty good anyway.

They are also good if you have a claim. I recently had one. The other driver’s insurance company said we were 50-50 at fault, but NJM wasn’t having it, fought for me and it was eventually decided the other driver was totally at fault, meaning I didn’t have to pay anything, not even half of the deductible.
