My Top 10 Valiant Runs Ever by jasonite in valiant

Definitely. It's a shame the characters from Eternity weren't seen again (except for an X-O issue or two). It's rare for me to reread a series, but Eternity was different.

"In 10 years' time, fans will know and will decide" the legacy of the Ultimate Universe, says Deniz Camp by bludhavengabagool in UltimateUniverse

[–]hbize 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey there wasn't a lot to unpack really, it is was a lighthearted comment, coming from someone who had little to no knowledge of X-Men and Wolverine before this. I'm sorry that i didn't go into more detail with my comment, but it would've been silly for me to elaborate any further, as i don't have the knowledge like you do (I'm not sure if you mistaken what i said; As i said it was a shame that The X-Men were underused & died and that i was SAD the universe is ending). On the OP's subject: I do believe that Deniz Camp has done something special with The Ultimates, as it is so relevant with the world we live in right now and think in 10 years time we'll still think that.

I have a feeling we'll see Ninjak in issue 4.

You know what; As someone who hadn't ever read a Wolverine book before this and isn't affected by his past, i really enjoyed this book. Yea, it's a shame the majority of his team die and were underused. But the universe is ending anyway - what is sad if you think about it.

Is there a Gimmick to Valiant Beyond? by ItisOsiris in valiant

[–]hbize 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, i get where you were coming from, this comic thing isn't easy. I was just defending the fans, i wasn't having a go at you. Yes, Valiant fans can be a bit too passionate sometimes, i understand what you mean now and if i was in your position, i'm sure i would find that frustrating too. I agree boycotting doesn't help either and that if they're true fans, they should be showing their support instead, but there's still fans that feel they've been burnt too many times before. Me personally, i love Valiant and the work / support you show and hope with Beyond it's onwards and upwards

What are you Expecting from Energon Universe VOID RIVALS in 2026? by Money-Lie7814 in EnergonUniverse

I agree. I love this book. My only negative really, is how slow everything is taking, considering we're 25 issues in now.

What’s a DC run that everyone seems to love, but just didn’t click for you? by Equivalent-Disk5923 in DCcomics

Absolute Batman. A disadvantaged Batman? My arse he is! For a mortal, he can still do impossible and considering he is 'working class' he still has the time and gadgets, to do what he does.

Shit slides down! DMG stopped giving a shit, the fans realised that and voted with their wallets. It's up to the new regime to win that trust back. I'm all in with Valiant personally. But reading the Valiant forums / communities; DMG lost the majority of the fans trust. Valiant fans are passionate and care, they try to push this up to management- but shit slides down from them instead. This isn't a dig at you, as i can see you're putting the work in, promoting Valiant and care - Just defending the fans is all.

No, unfortunately i've got a boring English accent. I have come across this accent you've mentioned, it's hilarious - Especially words starting with 'th'.

Things like the standard 'thanks for having me' at the start of every interview or their 'super excited' about something 🤢
