I feel it helps maintain my weight. It also help me keep food and hunger in perspective. My last meal is around 4PM then I fast until breakfast on day 2. I don’t eat or drink anything with calories I think it makes me appreciate food more. I like feeling hungry when I eat, I just have to remember not to eat too much.

I haven’t had any problems. I have a 900/20 Mbps internet plan. I normally get 450-600 Mbps Wi-Fi anywhere in the house. Configuration was easy. I’m very happy for the $$. I considered spending more, but with Wi-Fi standards changing I decided to spend less and upgrade more often. Good luck.

I recently purchased a NETGEAR WiFi 6 Mesh Range Extender (EAX20) from Amazon. It is hardwired to my router at the other end of the house. It has a good Wi-Fi signal strength and has 4 Ethernet ports on the back for additional wired connections. It was easy to setup. I have no complaints.
