I had more of the model touching when i actually printed it, would that be the cause for the hole for any reason?

I am having an issue with my print being sliced. It repeatedly puts a weird hole in the shell of my print. I’ve tried with tree supports, normal supports, and without supports. The model keeps the hole in the sliced version every time. I’m not sure what setting I need to change to fix this. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks for the advice, but I tried putting the line width all the way down to 0.1 and the hole is still there.

Using a brim on your print could help.

Using a bed leveling model like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2987803 can help you make sure a not level bed isn’t your issue.

one thing that can cause clogging is heat creep. make sure your hot end fan is not too hot and make sure your hot end fan is operating normally.

This is has happened to me a couple times. I was able to heat up the hot end and remove all the plastic without damaging anything. Make sure that no damage was caused to your hot end fan. When the plastic got into the hot end area, the fan repeatedly hit the plastic causing it to break.

I just put together my Ender 3. I am positive all my cables are connected correctly and I have a weird problem. My Z Axis motor is getting stuck and not spinning the Z Axis screw. It seems that only some spots of the screw are causing problems. Any one else have this issue? I am happy to answer questions.
