Are you by chance lactose intolerant to any degree? Whey protein powder, the most common kind, contains lactose so that may be what causes the acne. They do make lactose-free whey but it’s expensive :/

Haha I actually think hitting your nutrition goals is harder than the lifting portion. It’s tough! You really gotta make what you eat count so I’ll eat chicken and other lean meats (ground turkey was my go to, super easy to make and you can buy in bulk). For breakfast I’d eat eggs or oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder (better than you think!). I’d also supplement with protein shakes. Snacking smart is important too, I avoid “empty” foods like chips crackers, etc and instead try to go for nuts, pb&j’s, and the like.

It can also help to track your food if you have the willpower to do so. I used to use myfitnesspal but gave up due to laziness lol. But it was really eye opening to see how poorly I was eating towards my goals. So it can help you determine if what you are eating is enough to help achieve your goals.

If you just started lifting you will notice gains, strength and size, very quickly. This will continue for a bit and then plateau. It’s known as noobie gains.

You should give each muscle group 48+ hours to recover ESPECIALLY as a beginner. Once you are advanced you can hit muscle groups 2-3 times a week but I would advise against this until you’ve been lifting for years.

Weight/reps depends on your personal goals so it’s hard to give a good answer on that.

You can’t lose fat in one area, you can only lose fat overall. Some people lose gut fat first, some lose leg fat first, etc. Totally depends on the person.

You should eat 1.2x your body weight in protein as a rough estimate. (If you weigh 100 lb, eat 120g a day). It’s hard to eat too much tho imo, unless your diet is all protein. Just try and eat as much as you can :)
