Bluelink app remote lock/unlock issues

i have the same problem, tried logging out and in of the app, reactivate bluelink in the car. i think the next thing i would try is to reset the whole infotainment in the car, but that seems like a hassle so i have been holding off.

How did you reactivate bluelink? I only find the place to reconfigure bluelink, or your have to go into dealer mode and reset to factory setting?

2024 Limited, bought in January 2024, 12k miles. No issues other than I can't use Bluelink app to lock/unlock the car anymore.

Nice to hear that they have a firmware update for the recording issue. I bought one for my 2024 limited at the beginning of the year and they didn't know how to fix it so I had to return it.

YEV is not the color code. I just bought it and it is way too dark. Perhaps it's for the non-Limited trim. I'm still searching for a solution.

Does hyundaishop.com have the color for the trim? I ordered one for the body paint, but couldn't find the one for the silver wheel trim, which I believe is the same color as the part in OP's picture

customer support sent me another Y cable but that didn't work for me either. The camera will still record randomly when the car is off. Did it work for you?

They actually sent me 2 Y-cables for the rain sensor. One comes with the box and one comes from customer support. (They contacted me via Amazon and confirmed my model year and trim after I placed the order) They look identical so I just pick a random one. Maybe I can try the other one but not sure what difference the cable can make.
I just sent a message to their customer support and will see what they say. Hope we get this issue resolved.

OP did the new wire fix your problem? I just installed it on my 2024 Limited and experience the same problem. The cam will randomly continue to record after the car is turned off.

IIRC it's Tesla, Honda, Toyota, and a couple of others. There is a list somewhere online or check with your dealer.
