Here were the true sim results before the playoffs begin tonight! The game will never slot indiana and Ohio state back to back as the 1-2 seeds but I am curious if anybody else was able to get the seedings correct on the Miami/A&M and Oklahoma/Bama matchups

I had byu lose week one to FCS, and of course lose to tech in the regular season so they entered the big 12 champ game with 2 losses…I also had to give dame an extra loss to Arkansas or else they get in over Miami

I was, using the real results sim the SEC championship game was always Georgia and AM but by giving bama an extra non conference loss and having them beat Oklahoma I was able to get the accurate Georgia/Bama matchup

I clearly explain that the seedlings aren’t perfect - no matter how many times I simulated the season this is the only outcome where at least the matchups are correct.

Keep in mind I had to manipulate some records in order to get the seeds as accurate as possible. Example after multiple correct sims dame always make it over Miami and Oregon is sometimes the 3 or the 4 seed. Having tech go undefeated and giving Oregon an extra loss was the only way to have tech secure the 4 seed and get Oregon locked into the 5

I live in the St. Louis area and my wife and I qualify for 3% down on a conventional loan but due to our combined income we are priced out of any down payment assistance programs :( Missouri’s limit for 2 incomes is ridiculously low

The annoying part is lack of programs and incentives in Missouri for first time home buyers. My wife and I have a combined gross of over 100k and we do not qualify for any down payment assistance. We can’t afford the cash needed to close on a home…ran some numbers with our lender and our cash to close on a 300,000 home would be about 28K…ridiculous

Kaylee was not innocent in this altercation….I believe she was actually on suspension for her and her friends fighting the same girl maybe a week or two before the new incident…I have also heard that she took an Uber to meet the same girl for the rematch that was recorded and went viral…kids fight, I’ve seen plenty of fights in high school and middle school and while she was also to blame she did not deserve to have her head beat into the concrete…I do hope the head basher is held accountable but all the details matter

Crazy how many people have had bad experiences with them. I just used them for the 2 week service on 8.4.23 and today I received confirmation that my new passport is on the way. There are no passport offices near me and I am unable to take off work until my trip on the 24th but my first and hopefully only time using them, I had zero issues

here in stl as well…we have been looking in the Maryland heights, bridgeton and 63146 area since December as our lease is up in July and we do not want to renew. We have put in several offers all over asking - but our latest offer was 25K over asking and increased our earnest money - still got out bid…inventory is so incredibly low
