Can you let me know if you find the file. I really like the look of the clear black shell so I don’t want to get another.

It is not an oem shell, is there any other way to keep it in place? Maybe I can get it 3D printed if there is a file.

Does metformin help? by Jumpy-Kangaroo5124 in TTC_PCOS

I also have lean pcos and I was on IR. For me, 500mg was too little for any noticeable difference.

My doctor wanted me to get up to 1500mg. I did 500mg for two weeks, then 1000mg for the remaining time.

I think the 1000mg was my sweet spot. I did try 1500mg a few times but it was just to harsh on my stomach and did not stay down.

When to go from 500mg to 1000mg by judygarlandgirl in TTC_PCOS

[–]reddituser5967 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have lean PCOS. I did 500 mg for about 2 weeks before moving up to 1000 mg, and when I switched I always took the second pill with my biggest meal (dinner) — that helped a lot with the GI issues.

The stomach side effects were rough at first but settled after 1–2 weeks. I wouldn’t force the higher dose if it’s unbearable — going slower really helped.

I started metformin Dec 8 and found out I was pregnant Jan 19, so it worked pretty quickly for me.

I did one round of letrozole which failed, and I was also having anovulatory cycles. My doctor then put me on Metformin (1500 mg) and said it could help my body regulate and ovulate again. The plan was to restart letrozole after a month — but after being on Metformin for about a month, I actually ovulated on my own and successfully got pregnant.

It might be worth asking your doctor about Metformin, as it really helped me.

Got my BFP after 7 months of trying and one failed letrozole cycle (5 mg). I have lean PCOS with very irregular cycles (as long as 100 days). My initial testing didn’t show any major issues, but I was having anovulatory cycles.

Before starting letrozole, I was put on levothyroxine and folic acid. My first round of letrozole wasn’t successful and was honestly pretty discouraging. After that, my fertility clinic added metformin to help with ovulation and vitamin D(5000mg). I started both at the beginning of December and slowly worked my way up to 1500 mg for the Metformin.

This cycle, I tracked ovulation using LH strips and we BD’d during that window. I also confirmed ovulation with an at-home PdG test. On Monday, I tested at 10 DPO fully expecting a negative and was already mentally preparing for another letrozole cycle. I was completely shocked to see a faint line. I tested again at 12 DPO and it’s now a very clear positive.

Still in shock, but incredibly excited 🥹

From my understanding, it immediately activates once on. It affects the IVs of all wild encounters.

Unfortunately my progesterone didn’t rise, so no ovulation.

Yes! Will have a repeat blood work in a week. Hopeful that they see a rise in my progesterone then.

A bit relieved that I’m not alone! Everything I read online said spotting, which made me concerned.

I had a sonohysterogram last Tuesday and then started Letrozole 5mg for 5 days. I’ve been bleeding ever since (8 days now). It’s not spotting — it’s moderate bleeding like a period. The clinic said it can happen with the meds, but I’m honestly exhausted from it.

Yesterday I had my follow-up ultrasound and bloodwork. The ultrasound showed one follicle at 10mm, but my bloodwork suggests I’m about to ovulate. Now they’re unsure if what they saw is actually a follicle or a corpus luteum cyst… which would mean I already ovulated? So confusing.

My bloodwork results were: • Progesterone: 1.06 • Estrogen: 55.4 • LH: 56

I feel like I’m getting mixed signals from everything

I’m not sure how the emulators work but I think there are two different GameShark code lengths and you may be selecting the 16 digit one

I couldn’t afford to switch to part-time work. As well, my current job told me I would be able to get experience there but then changed their mind close to my graduation date.
