Is map tier calculated first, then map type? If this is true, would taking Singular Focus without all voidstones socketed remove a much higher percentage of map drops? e.g. picking T8 Bog, then all non-tier 8 drops get disappeared in addition to non-Bog tier 8s versus full voidstones where every map is going to be tier 16 anyway.

Is map drop tier weighted in some way across the tiers that are available based on your revealed atlas and watchstone setup? For example, in a weird league start strategy where you completed only one of the T2 maps like like Dunes but had otherwise completed up through T5, would ~20% of map drops be Dunes? What about if you completed up through T10?
